Jeff Simpson, Partner
Jeff has over 15 years of real estate development and investment experience. With this experience and qualifications, Jeff has focused on investment related real estate, property management, tenant relations and building maintenance. He has been involved in over $40,000,000 worth of development and investing in the Northwest Arkansas area. Jeff has a diversified background of developing office buildings, residential developments, Walmart shopping centers and land transactions and acquisitions in Arkansas, Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Michigan.
Pat Simpson, Partner
Pat has over 15 years of real estate development and investment experience, plus over 28 years of construction and maintenance experience with his own projects, as well as Walmart Stores, Inc. throughout the United States. He has a diversified background of investment grade real estate, property management, construction and building maintenance. His background in construction and maintenance expand over all sectors of real estate including office, retail and residential projects.
Carla Holloway,
Property Management
Carla has over 20 years of experience in property and office management and administrative assistance. For the past 7 years, she has been directly involved in the management of 237,000 square feet of office space in Northwest Arkansas which involves working with corporate personnel and attorneys during lease negotiations, determining office layout and construction needs, scheduling maintenance issues and maintaining tenant relations.
Peppi Coppinger, Controller
Peppi has over 20 years experience in public and private accounting. She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She has a diversified accounting background giving her an understanding of municipal, law, real estate, construction and even medical accounting procedures and reporting. Peppi is active in her church and volunteers her time to such organizations as the Boy Scouts and the M&N Augustine Foundation. She brings this experience to Capstone ensuring that financial stewardship of all our clients exceeds expectations.
Darrel Habermehl,
Maintenance Manager
Darrel has 11 years of experience in building and grounds maintenance with a background in Quality Control and is also a certified HVAC technician. He oversees a great maintenance team with over 40 years of combined experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, HVAC (2 certified technicians on staff), remodels and grounds maintenance.
